Every time I move it’s proved challenging. As a metaphysical teacher I have learned enough now to know that life is not going to be perfect. Mistakes happen, life happens. Stress is part of the journey to becoming an enlightened human. As a soul you already know how to manage stress. As a human we are often confused, frustrated and triggered by emotional attacks on the psyche. Those can come in many ways. Whether it’s your movers dropping your furniture, the handyman not showing up or the rude neighbor, stranger or even friend who sends you off in a tizzy. All those things and more happened to me just this week alone!

I’ve got news for you. Part of what makes us who we are is the messes we move through. The very challenges we experience are how we grow from human being to soul aligned. In this life you are learning about various themes and endless opportunities are presented for you to grow through them. Notice the difference. You can either GO through something or you can GROW through something. And that is precisely how I handle every situation that is thrown my way. I grow though it using various tools and techniques given to me in my The All books and Wisdom of The All messages.

Take for example the property manager I encountered when I moved into my new rental property in July. From the moment I arrived he was rude and abrasive and rubbed me the wrong way, and I him. In the eyes of the Universe we are both student and teacher. So I have been locked in a battle for the last few weeks over items that were in my opinion inappropriate for a new renter. The home was dirty, it was filled with ants in every room, there were broken lights, torn and ripped screens, the AC filter vent was so filthy you couldn’t even see the grates on it, the weather stripping on the front door was ripping off and there was a gaping hole at the bottom of an exterior door to the outside allowing bugs and animals to get in. I actually found a snake in my house one afternoon!

First, I got angry (because that’s human nature) then I got stressed and emotional and then I remembered my spiritual tool box (meditation, prayer etc..) and most important I knew I needed to – Cocreate. Every lesson you go through is a chance to remember who you are, a soul being human who has access to infinite resources provide by that one energy we call Love/God/Source/Universe or anything that helps name it and give it context. You are that source too and you have access to infinite wisdom, and challenges can be managed through you and not alone when you remember this.

Don’t be fooled into thinking some mighty power is going to wave a magic wand and come sprinkle you with pixie dust and fix everything instantaneously. Universal help comes in many forms. Perhaps an inspired thought, a change of heart or a friend sending you a gift at the perfect time. Perhaps it’s being guided to external tools that can help fix the problem at hand. The Universe is here to help YOU move through challenges, not do it for you. What comes from within comes from without, meaning you are the controller of the circumstance and asking for helping via our thoughts/words/actions is how you cocreate.

The point of all this is to let you know that to turn stress intro strength you have to wonder what all of this is about. “What is my lesson today and how can I move beyond it?” is a perfect cocreative question to ask yourself and the Universe. When you question you acknowledge you are in the circumstance and that you need help moving through it. The manager I am speaking of will most likely continue to create circumstances of unhappy tenants because he has not evolved beyond his limited perspectives and therefore hasn’t grown but rather shrank or stayed the same. Evolve or repeat, so an ancient proverb says.

I acknowledge that we all have different perspectives on our world because our journey’s are based upon our beliefs and our personal circumstances throughout life. I grew up in a clean, well maintained home and have always lived in one. This man in his limited perspective (shielded by ego) has a belief renters are not entitled to clean, well maintained properties or have a right to expect that “as is” doesn’t mean “filled with pests, deferred maintenance and eye sores.” Yes, my ego has opinions too!

Rather than let situations get the best of me now, I use my spiritual tool box, I cocreate, I trust the situations will be resolved and through that I have been handed some excellent opportunities for growth. While not everything got fixed to my liking, I was able to cocreate and used the following techniques to bring myself out of stress and intro strength.

1. Took one look at that snake and took a deep breath. Asked for help (aka cocreated). Had the thought to grab the longest tool I could find nearby and confidently tossed him out the front door. But first I took a video of him to post on social media because well, I’m human and he was small.
2. Used my own money to clean and clear the space to my specifications realizing not everyone is as Monica Geller (Friends reference here) as I am.
3. Sage every inch of the home morning and night for three weeks and continue to sage it daily alongside prayers for guidance and removal of unpleasantries (animals, insects, stuck energy).
4. Did a reiki energy cleanse which you can find HERE .
5. Cocreated a messsage to the owners and property managers to express myself and my disappointment in their narrow vision so I wasn’t holding onto pent up anger. Don’t let someone rent space in your head. It’s okay to voice your self.
6. Did a google search to find non-toxic pest control modalities. Google – God Only Offers Good Love Ever. Sometimes your inspired thought to go online and look something up is that help you are looking for. So far Ultrasonic plugins seemed to send the pests packing.

7. Opened the Young Living Essential Oils Starter Kit a Well World TV colleague sent me right before I moved in which was a perfect item to have on hand after my move. I was able to use an essential oil diffuser and Thieves oil (a great oil for clean freaks like me) to take the odor out of the home, used peppermint and cottonballs to naturally deter ants from hanging around and added oils to my wool dryer balls to freshen up the rags used for cleaning. I also diffuse different oils during meditation which helps melt that stress away. Want one? Order your starter kit HERE.

I’m now finally be able to enjoy my home with less stress and more strength.

Life is simple. Really, truly it is… but we make it so hard by using our humanness too often. Now legitimately some people cannot make it out of the sea of despair and into the river of knowledge, and that is on purpose. On a soul level they have chosen not to awaken and will not resonate with the ease of life. Everything will be hard, frustrating, unfair or corrupt. For those who are on a longer journey to Love we hold space and offer them hope and prayer.

If you are, however, someone who understands our unity/interconnectedness and all things awakening then you are starting to understand there is way more to life than these bodies and just being human. You are souls here to experience the all of everything, from the worst to the best to everything in between. To do this we must go through challenges and triumphs. You can, however, move through these rather quickly if you are willing to change the mind.

The mind chooses everything. Free will is what we call this on earth. You can choose to view things as either true or false, good or bad, wrong or right etc… All choices are subsets of two emotions only. One is love and the other is fear. That’s it. Love versus Fear. I told you it was easy.

Now in order to arrive at this rather simple notion of love and fear, you must believe… and that is where the human (ego) stops us in our tracks. Our fearocious (spelled incorrect on purpose) ego is always going to make you challenge truth. That’s its job. To make you question everything. To change the mind is the most important thing you can do on a consistent basis in order to scrub the ego of its hold over you. These 7 mind changing techniques will move you closer to a knowing state than anything you can do on your own. That’s the thing. You think you are alone, but using the following techniques reminds you back to Oneness. It teaches you to cocreate with the soul and to make conscious choices, always.

1. Slow the Breath
Breath work is a powerful tool for creating a sense of calm and peace. Close your eyes. Fill the belly with air and then release it through the nostrils. Repeat.
Ten times a day take this practice with you wherever you go. Sixty seconds, ten times a day. You can spare six minutes a day can’t you? Of course you can, if you choose.

2. Panache
A flair for the dramatic is a trick of mind used by many. Actors become someone else simply by pretending. You can become who you are trying to be by pretending too. Just feel the feeling of what you want to create and act as if it has already been created. See it in your mind. Feel it in your body. Know it in your heart.

3. Meditate
It seems so obvious and the world is becoming more aware of the benefits of a meditative practice, but most spend more time in a mode of doing than in one of being. Sit down, say nothing, do nothing for ten minutes a day and you will begin to realize how you spend the other 23 hours, 50 minutes are way less important than quiet contemplation. A mind is like a rubber band. It doesn’t stretch unless you use force. FORCE – Forget Our Repetitive Conquering Ego.

4. Slide, Dance, Tango
Music and movement are powerful medicine. All those videos of women in labor dancing through the pain should convince you of the healing powers of dance and distraction. Concentrate on something which brings joy and you are forgetting ego. Put some happy music in the mix and you are really waging war upon it. Do it as often as you can and be sure you are closing out the world around you while doing it. Most importantly don’t judge the danceability, just feel it and enjoy.

5. Tapping
Emotional Freedom Technique is another great tool for both pain management and stress reduction as well as mind bending. Use different pressure points on the body to tap into healing emotional and physical pain. You will find all sorts of information online on the topic.

6. Safety in Numbers
Community is important. We are here to experience life through relationships and if you are all alone it is difficult to express emotions. Understanding who you are can be much more powerful when you have the mirror of others to use on the self. Share yourself willingly with those around you as a means to remedy mindful ideas about separation. You are One who is All.

7. Read, Write, Repeat
Everyday spend time working through difficulties. Ask questions. Where am I holding onto fear? What is this teaching and/or showing me? What’s the lesson and what can I take away from it? All of these are powerful tools for moving out of ego and into conscious living. Use books as tools but remember truth comes from within so you must ask for interpretation as you read another’s words. Your own words are more expansive than you know.

These are all great and powerful tools but when you get more expanded you will realize that all you have to do is ASK. Ask for help changing your mind and the Universe responds in kind. Every time you ask, a little piece of you transforms.

As an intuitive channel, I have a direct line to the higher self, the part of each of us that comes from Source. In my next book, “Wisdom of The All, a Step by Step Guide into Love,” I have received an entire chapter all about the mental poisons we put in our minds that cause us heartache and sorrow, the worst of them being social media. Although it was intended to connect us, unfortunately, much of humanity has chosen to use it as divisive tool that often separates us even further from one another.

“The worst type of poison you can put in your mind is other people’s fear, doubt and worries. You pick up on these as you spend time online. All of the lies, the debates, the terrible things said to one another are poisoning you slowly. It is better to let everyone be who they wish to be and have no idea of what they are doing than to allow it to sink you into despair. Use it sparingly and to spread joy and fun. Show yourself laughing, dancing or enjoying a day with family. Follow our rules for posting and you will be well on the way to spending your energy wisely.” – Wisdom of The All

Spirit doesn’t say to banish the medium altogether, as everything in this world has value in terms of showing us how to love better, but rather to use it sparingly and with a more cautious approach. Below are questions which were given to me (as a channel) to share with the All as to how we could be posting effectively – as a soul being a human, rather than a human being a soul.

Before you post anything online from blogs, to articles, to images or videos ask yourself the following questions:

Is it kind?
Is it stemming from love or fear?
Can I grow from it?
Am I looking for adulation or genuinely showcasing joy?
Does it help anyone?
How will it make me feel in ten (or even five) years?
What’s the message I am sending with it?
Will it make the world a better place?
Does everybody need to know this?
Is pain my intention or passion?

With this in mind, go back through social media and perhaps remove what doesn’t come from love that you have posted in the past. Imagine what a different type of world it would be if all of us used our common sense coupled with soul sense before posting anything.

Think before you speak, act or write and it will change what you showcase online.

Self-Care for the Soul Seeker

Nowadays when people hear the word self-care they think massages and pampering, wine on a Wednesday or a walk in the park. Those are all well and good but don’t address the underlying notions of why you should spend time alone. The goal of self-care isn’t to have some “you time” it’s to help heal the parts of you that feel broken or worn down.

As humans we all get caught up in what I call our “doingness.” We are constantly in a state of motion and having to fill every gap of time and space. I used to be that person too. The one who had to watch tv, scroll on social media, hit the movies or take a power walk somewhere to music. I would waste hours online and make countless attempts to fill a void, a longing or a need for attention.

The truth is we are all attention seekers but what most don’t realize is the person we need to pay the most attention to us is ourselves. But we can’t do this when we are so stuck in a tunnel of expectation and assumption. “I’m not good enough,” you say. “I need this to make me happy,” you think.

Assumption is living in the past. Expectation is living in the future.

Each of these are the ultimate cause of “doing.” You feel you are owed something or you are trying to escape something. Being is living in the present moment, the now. The now is detachment. It is needing nothing. When you need nothing, you escape the darkness of the mind. And that is the goal of self-care to release all of the negative, non-sensical expectations and assumptions you have grown to accept as a soul being human.

Now that you know what self-care really is, let’s look at some ways to use it for goal attainment as soul.

1. Journaling

Journaling is one of the best exercises you can do for the mind because it takes all of your junk and puts it on paper for you to read and examine. On one side write, “true” and on the other write, “false.” Then write down everything you believe to be true about yourself and on the other side what you know to be false. Things like, “I am worthy” are true and “nobody likes me” are false. When you see them on paper in this way it allows your true essence to spring alive.

2. Meditation

Super obvious, I know, and yet most people refuse to even try it for a minute. One minute of making time to connect back to the mother board (God/Source/Universe or whatever you call it) changes a day in miraculous ways. Imagine that. 60 seconds out of 86,400 can give you a boost of endorphins that will spread throughout the day. The more you do this, the more you will want to. Trust me.

3. Energy healing

I love a good massage but ultimately massage is for the body, not the mind. Unless during your massage you are able to meditate. Then boom – two for one. However, not everyone can. So rather than let someone touch you, let someone heal you energetically. In actuality you are doing the work (as a soul) and they (the healer) are just facilitators bringing you there. The art of reiki is a beautifully divine way to heal our chakras. A good energy healer can bring you into all sorts of states of mind so you may notice what’s keeping you stuck and what energy fields need to be cleared. Do some research and find a practitioner who is both accredited and certified as a master healer.

4. Pray

You don’t need to go to a church, temple or synagogue to pray. You don’t need to have any religious background whatsoever. You just need to go sit in a room and ask for help with any and all issues in your life. “Askfirmations” are a great way to pray. They are simply asking the divine presence of the Universe to conspire with you to 1) get rid of your fear, doubt, worry etc. 2) remind you of your true nature which is Love.

Take the F out of life and you get “lie.” F is the faith that there is something more.

5. Read

Not just a book, read something which makes you feel good. Read something that resonates with your own life path. Read a book exploring spirituality or new age concepts. Read anything which brings you closer to who you truly are, body-mind-soul wrapped up as One.

6. Visit a psychic, medium or intuitive guide.

Not everyone is aligned in the concept of Oneness (we are all one energy split into infinite) but there are many healers who are and these the ones to seek. They can help achieve soul’s goals for you by accepting your truth and bringing you clues about what you have chosen as a soul. Again, as with a reiki master, do your research and find ones who are high consciousness guides or gurus, not psychics who rely on “angels and guides.” These are fine to visit but not as part of your soul growth.

7. Hug Someone

A hug is sharing love and when you give love you receive love right back. Opening your heart space to another being is an act of self-love for the simple fact that you get it back in return. Don’t just wrap your arms around someone, embrace them wholeheartedly. Just like 60 seconds of breathing is a day changer, so is a 60 second hug. It’s a game changer.

8. Body Scan

I’m not talking about a physical scan from a medical professional. Although that is always a good idea once a year. I am talking about a mental breakdown of every pain or ache coming up in your body. Take a sheet of paper and write down all the issues you are having big or small.

“The body is a learning device for the mind. That is it’s only function on earth.” – The All of Everything

Every ailment has a mental thinking pattern connecting back to it. So your job as a human being is to discover that underpinning reason. Beneath the core of our conscious mind is the subconscious mind and most of our mind demons live there. They settle in for the long haul and unless you clear them daily it will begin to manifest as pain or trauma or illness. Each day write the pain and the possible cause. It might not reveal itself right way but eventually the more you do this exercise the more the truth begins to unravel so you can begin to heal the underlying thought processes. Just be sure to combine practical medicine with spiritual medicine. Doctors are healers and shamans without them even knowing it (most of the time anyway).

9. Yoga

There is a reason this practice has been around for thousands of years. Your best line of defense on a hectic day is to hit the mat.

“A yoga practice is absolutely the best way to connect your inner chakras and to bind yourself to the universe. It is through yoga that we allow the body to release itself from the mind so the inner mechanism of healing may occur” – The All That Is

So there you have it. Nine ways to practice self care that doesn’t involve anything other than healing. Take care.

I keep telling people that my to do list is about three pages long of all the things I can be doing as an author – marketing, promotions, PR reach out, video content, webinars etc… I mean the list truly is endless but the message came through loud and clear today as I was busy working on Final Cut Pro editing a new video for Well World TV, the new video platform I am a part of as both host and creative director.

Soulful not So Full.

That was a phrase my best friend and I came up with today. You see the phone rang and she was interrupting my hustle. I was tackling my to do list and she was the second phone call disrupting my day. Rather than ignore the phone ringing, I picked it up both times and chatted with my two besties. Everyone else I probably would have ignored (like the deluge of real estate agents who won’t leave me alone) but I always make time for these two. I knew the Universe was sending me a signal to slow down because literally every time I have a free day to really grind through the to do list, something comes up offering me a chance to slow down.

Later on, after I finished the video, I decided to take a short break and take a long, hot, shower and like any good high consciousness person will tell you (even Oprah) the shower is the best place for these “divine downloads” I get. I kept hearing the words “hustle and flow” and didn’t exactly know why. But once I took to my computer the words came flowing out for today’s Wisdom of the All message. These are daily messages I post on social media and in my newsletter that are all about our journey towards enlightenment.

Hustle. Flow. Hustle. Flow. On and on this dance goes for so many of you. First you listen, then you question. You believe and then you don’t. You honor the soul and then are controlled by an ego. It is an exhaustive process and yet you still stay stuck. Every dance has to end sometime. Will you allow it to or will you keep going after the very thing you so desperately want to create? Just know the flow is what brings the “river” to you and the hustle is a grand dance that throws you off course. – Wisdom of The All

How does a river move? It flows. It brings things to you. If you floated a toy boat in the water it would eventually just come right to you. It wouldn’t need a string, or a tug or even a push. It would just arrive. On the flip side, when we hustle we are in such a spastic energy the very thing we wish to create can’t get through so easily. So it takes a lot longer and a lot more effort to bring it to us.

What I know for sure having written three books on universal laws and principles (The All of Everything, The All of the All, The All That Is) straight from the Source, our very acceptance of these laws allows the flow to open. It doesn’t make the journey of life less exciting to trust our guidance and the very power which makes the world flow, it makes it easier. It seems counterproductive to hustle less and flow more but the very essence of beingness is to do just that. To let go so we can allow the goodness to arrive.

So take that time to “just be” as I would call it. Meditate. Relax. Watch a funny show. Get a massage. Talk to friends. Just do something which brings you joy and forget about the to do list. Work on the “to be” one instead.  In your beingness is where the information on what actions to take will begin to form. When you follow those intuitive ideas, that’s where the magic happens. And the truth of the universe is you really don’t have to do very much because the very desire means it’s already been created (from a spiritual perspective) and all we have to do is allow it into our lives. And how do we do that? Less hustle. More flow. Be soulful, not so full in your days.

Transforming your life is an inside job. Period. No exception.

You make the way. You are the key holder no matter who or what gave you that key. A therapist, a book, a newspaper article. It or they may be placed in your path but it’s your work to do, your journey to make. This is something which most people have yet to understand, but it is the work of a human being. The soul’s job is to guide you into thoughts which create joy but our ego comes along to trip us up at every turn.

If I listened to the voices in my head telling me I am too old, too fat, too useless in the world I would be… well exactly where I was, because I did. I let something outside of me define me – the voice of ego and everyone else. I took thoughts from my childhood, my college years and all the many unflattering, unconscious thoughts of myself and let them derail me. Not all the time. Many times I stomped that right out of me and moved beyond the chatter of, “you’re no good” using people’s “no’s” and “you’ll never get there” as my fuel. It’s how I got on a national TV show in the first place. The ego waits for moments like this to “prove” it’s own worth which is why many times you can create (unconsciously) precisely what you are wishing to create – a dream job, a movie role etc..

These days I squash the bug that is the ego and instead I choose to focus on my positive qualities. I am a good interviewer. I treat people kindly. I am marginally attractive enough to be on TV. (ok, maybe that last one needs some work still from me) and I have found those very things showing up in my life. Chances to interview fun and interesting people find me all the time. People are kind wherever I go (instead of the typical grumps I used to encounter) and TV hosting opportunites beyond anything I ever did in entertainment news keep arriving for me.

When I compared myself to others I was either looking down at myself or looking up at them and this got me through some days while majorly F’ing up others. Comparison is the plague of this century. It is our most mind blocking demon. It messes with our head and our heart and challenges us to do better. But we don’t. We stay stuck in our muck scrolling through social media and waiting for others to hit the all-important like button not realizing the like we need most is of ourselves.

So how do we accept this and change it? How can we move beyond our distasteful view of ourselves and get real? Be willing.

Be willing to accept that you are human and soul. You are body/mind/soul, a trifecta.

The body is for moving and vibrating.

The mind is for thinking.

The soul is for knowing. Knowing who you are, why you are here and what function the body and mind serve is our “superpower”. It’s how you go from surviving to thriving. But it takes work, lots of work. Getting rid of the negative chatter inside our head is a full-time job. It can be done in a shorter time frame but mostly our days are filled with doing – tasks and activities, scrolling and socializing. Thus we put aside our “being” time to move through a day.

Being is the mechanism of change.

Meditation. Contemplation. Still, quiet time. This is an enlightenment seekers line of defense against the ego. The more time you spend finding who you are the less it will take to become a knower. As such you are a “seeker.” Seeking the light and finding observational materials to allow you to extend consciousness. The very fact you are reading this article shows you are on a path to knowing whether you are at the beginning or towards the end, you are following the yellow brick road home.

No matter what path you take – right, left or center, the journey is yours and yours alone. No one fixes you but you. It is the internal processes which grow a soul. Every time you connect to that One mind which lives inside of you it opens you up further and further to our beingness. It shines a light on our whole self, the self which is eternal. You are but one microcosm of a vast, expansive consciousness and the road is fraught with twists and turns on purpose. It’s supposed to be difficult in order to make you examine more closely what is causing your stuckness, insecurities or relationship woes. Take a look every time you suffer and focus on soul.

“What is this teaching or showing me? What is the lesson in all of this and how may I move beyond it?”

Ask questions which are bigger than you. You think you know you, but only soul knows you and this is where the truth lies. You are perfect, kind and capable of anything in which you set your mind too. Look inside to find it.

Happy 2019 Everyone,

Let’s not sugar coat it. 2018 was a tough year for all of us on many levels. Yet, whether you realize it or not, it was also a transitional year where we were packing our bags (metaphorically and metaphysically) and getting ready for a grand adventure. The good news is that sometimes things have to get worse before they get better and I know 2019 is going to be a powerful year for change and transformation… if you choose it.

You see, life is a choice you make. It’s not happening to you randomly. You are creating it. All of it. You choose how you react to people, events or problems. We are so programmed to operate in fear, we are literally fighting with ourselves inside our own mind.

One way to win the battle of the mind (love versus fear) is intention setting. By focusing on what we want to create in our lives, we are dropping the Universe a note in the suggestion box. This is the way God (Source, The Universe or whatever word you prefer) explains intentions in my book The All of Everything.

“It is a tool. Think of it like a Sharpie, a permanent marker indicating what you wish to create in a clear, defined, nonerasable way.”

Intentions can be both generic or specific. I think we all want to experience more happiness in our lives. This would be a generic intention. “My intention is to find happiness within.”

An example of a specific intention would be, “My intention is to find the perfect home at the beach with natural light and an ocean front view.”  Or “My intention is to find a dream job which pays me well and serves my passion for art, music, theater (or whatever your passion is).”

Below are some powerful generic intentions that I think work for everyone.

Feel free to set your own specific ones. Write them in a journal and every day let your mind wander back to them until they being to manifest into your experience. Happy 2019!

1. My intention is to create the space for joy, love and abundance to make its way into my life.

2. My intention is move out of a space of fear as it relates to our current world leaders and know that change is coming for all of us.

3. My intention is to practice kindness towards all others through acts of charity and acts of love.

4. My intention is to keep moving forward in pursuit of my healthy weight goals and to choose foods which honor my body temple and core bodily functions.

5. My intention is to choose to honor my body temple through movement, exercise and mindful meditation practices.

6. My intention is to release the heavy burdens brought upon by 2018. I choose to release the past and live fully in the present moment of now.

7. My intention is to honor my commitment to the earth by cherishing it and all its precious resources.

8. My intention is to walk forth in the knowing that I am guided by an unseen force which walks with me wherever I go. For I am never alone in the loving arms of the Universe.

9. My intention is to use my voice for good and never speak unkindly of myself or others.

10. My intention is to move towards the knowing of who I truly am and why we are all here on this planet.

Whether you know it or not (or believe it) you are a spiritual being having a human experience. The soul that lives inside of you is ultimately the caretaker of your body and the thoughts you think together as body/mind/soul are creating the life you see. If you told me this four years ago, I might have looked at you like you had ten heads. If you told me this three years ago, I may have understood the part about having a soul but nothing else. If you told me this two years ago, I would have agreed with you but still been skeptical. If you told me this today, I would know what you meant 100 percent.

Though I have been studying spiritual principles from other teachers like Wayne Dyer, Marianne Williamson and Esther Hicks for the last 3 plus years it wasn’t until I wrote my own books (as a rapid inner dictation) The All of Everything, The All of the All and The All That Is that I truly recognized the truth. The student became the teacher.

Finding that truth is the journey every single one of us are on – to recognize ourselves as One or Love.

Everyone is in various stages of learning (or remembering), even healers and shamans. You’ll notice that spiritual teachers throughout our human history all say versions of the same thing. This is not because we are copying or plagiarizing each other, but because we are all learning from the same great master – God/Source/Universe/Divine Mind or whatever term works best for you. Nowadays my term for it would be The All. We all know the same information inside of us because we all come from and are the same. We are one giant energy split into souls both collectively and individually.

As my book The All of the All teaches –

There is a power outside of you, but also there is the power inside. They are one and the same.”

What trips us up in the knowing of this cocreative power is what I’ve been told to call “amnesia of the soul.” This has been chosen by you (as a soul) in this lifetime. You have to relearn everything you forgot from the spiritual realm as you go about your daily life. Each of us as souls has remembered various pieces of the puzzle thus far. Just know that wherever you are in the journey is purposeful as a means to grow and evolve your soul to the next stage of enlightenment. This is a topic heavily covered in The All That Is.

Now if you have read this far and all of this sounds like complete BS to you, just know you are exactly where you are meant to be. It’s not meant to resonate with you… just yet. However, the very fact that you are reading this tells me you are at least half way up the ladder of soul growth and perhaps some of this does make sense to you. As we move up this ladder of realization our vibrational frequency changes and we are able to tune in more to our soul. I’m close enough to the top of my ladder that I have been able to channel my higher self/collective soul very easily now.

As you move further up the ladder you will notice certain changes in your attitude toward life and your daily habits.

Certain things will fall away while others become more important. Below are the main events which have occurred in my life over the last few years. Some may be happening to you already. Some will begin to develop over time. Some you may not ever get to experience because you are not meant to in this lifetime, as I said above. The soul knows what is the best path for you and will give you a journey most appropriate to your needs.

Check out this list and see what fits –

  1. Your taste in food changes as you begin to choose high vibration life affirming foods over processed junk food. Plants become more intriguing as your main source of food. You may find yourself becoming (or at least trying) a vegan.
  2. You begin to become aware of signs and messages. Numbers like 44 or 22 (angel numbers) show up all the time. Song lyrics have special meaning in the moment you hear them. Animals show up randomly in your life as messengers and you are guided to figure out their meaning.
  3. You stop watching TV shows, movies or digital content with violent images or oppression in them.
  4. You rely less upon social media for entertainment and spend time with yourself instead.
  5. A strong sense of purpose comes over you that you have something important to say or do for others.
  6. Possessions become less important and experiences more important.
  7. Books or online courses present themselves to you from spiritual masters.
  8. You begin to shun alcohol or narcotics and recognize how they lower your energetic vibration.
  9. You begin to hear the voice of Spirit in your head. It’s always been there you just didn’t know it was you too (aka the soul).
  10. You notice the mind/body connection more and more. So when something is wrong you look at your inner thought processes before (or along with) calling a doctor.
  11. Your soul chosen gift is unlocked – clairaudience, clairvoyance, clairsentience etc..
  12. You become more in tune with nature and want to get outside as much as possible or be closer to forests or oceans.
  13. You stop caring what other people think about you and care more about what you think about you.
  14. As your vibrational frequency changes friendships and relationships change. Some go away, some get better.
  15. You start to pay full attention to your thought processes and learn to change them more quickly.
  16. You learn why things happen and begin to understand how our world works and why its perfectly imperfect as it is.
  17. You recognize everything that happens to you as lesson with growth potential.
  18. You gravitate towards quiet time – meditation or yoga become part of your daily routine.
  19. You start living life fearlessly.
  20. You believe that we are cocreators and turn inward as much as possible.

Wherever you are on the ladder just know you are on purpose right where you are.

These have been my experiences but I am confident there are many more and yours may be different than mine. Forgiveness has been a main part of my journey. I didn’t put it on the list because it’s one issue I am still working on cleansing along with patience. I would say I am more patient now but get tripped up by this still. What have you been experiencing? Drop me a comment in my private Facebook group HERE.

News flash – We are put on this planet to connect with one another. That’s why things like social media were invented in the first place. From the spiritual realm they were placed in our path (by humans) to allow us to engage with anyone and everyone in cities and countries we may never visit in our lifetimes. It is a tool for healing our sense of separation and recognizing we are all connected as brothers and sisters.

You might not be ready to recognize our Oneness, but it is the truth of who we all are.

As someone who has written three books (and finishing a fourth) on spiritual laws and principles straight from Source, I know we are all tied to one another via an invisible force. Yet, as hard as we (“we” meaning our metaphysical side) try we cannot seem to break through to the masses. Engaging in celebration and joy is how we bring peace to the planet. Instead we destruct the indestructible by breaking that bond on a daily basis.

It’s my job as a spiritual teacher to enlighten those willing to listen to our truth. We are all one. We come from one single source. We are therefore only one thing. Our minds are separate, but our souls are connected and this where we need to form better patterns on a whole as a society. In order to live in harmony, we must harmonize as a species. This doesn’t happen when we limit our human connections.

Texting and swiping are not connection. Talking and laughing are.

As a conscious healer my role is to bring to light certain traits of humanity which are meant to be examined. Rumi wrote poetry for this. I write blog posts. Modern day, you know. One thing I know for sure as a spiritual teacher is that there is always a message in your mess and today my mess was designed to spark a very real conversation about our lack of human interaction these days.

Today I was caught up in a circumstance where human interaction became impossible and the culprit was Uber. I’m singling out Uber since this happened to me today, but I have been shocked to find companies like Apple cutting back on telephone support despite various focus groups and research organizations finding that most customers would rather interact with a human being than digitally.

Back in June, I downloaded the Uber app but never took a ride. Within a few weeks of installing the app I received emails from Uber, one stating that I had signed up for information about being a driver even though I never did that. Then this morning I get an email from Uber that an unknown device had logged into my account from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia as I was sitting at my kitchen table in South Florida. So obviously that was not me.

I did what I would normally do in case of fraud – I picked up my phone and looked for an 800 or other toll free number to call to get help as I would for AMEX or VISA or any number of places like Target and Amazon. I had to go searching pretty deep to find any type of phone number at all because Uber only has 24/7 customer support for its drivers and not their riders. Huh? So riders are basically screwed? I did find a number to call in case of emergency but that was just for “critical” situations. Some low vibrational person hacking my account does not qualify as critical to me. So I called the driver’s toll free number and was quickly met with a brick wall. The woman on the other end of the phone kept telling me this number was for drivers only and that she would not help me other than to pass it on to their support team. They could only help drivers.

I asked about 25 times to connect me via telephone to this magic support team but apparently they are allergic to telephones.

Eventually I gave up with the telephone idea and took to Twitter to get this handled. How sad of a state of affairs is it that you have to take to social media to get a company to respond to you. I went the DM route and was rewarded right away with a reply… to pass along my email to them. Nope. Still no phone contact allowed.

This all happened at 8am this morning and Uber finally sent me an email around 11am. Then at 1:25pm (one hour after Uber told me they saw the fraud on my account and were changing my password) I got yet another email stating someone had just tried to log into my account from another device. Great fixing, Uber. Oh and they also told me via email not to contact support again about the issue, which I did anyway and have yet to hear back from them on that one.

I did receive another Uber Support email asking me to send them info about the charges I was disputing. One problem. I did not dispute any charges, rather I asked if they could tell me if the person who hacked my account took any rides. Had I been able to speak to a human being on the phone, this issue could have been resolved in about 2 minutes. Instead I became locked in a game of chicken with Uber support. After several non-productive email exchanges I finally had it and wrote them –

I did not say I HAD charges. I asked if there WERE charges. This is the WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.  Why cannot I not speak to a human being??????!!!!!  This is insane.

At 5:30pm I finally received an answer to my original question about whether or not any charges were made on my account (there were not any thankfully) with the following reply –

We understand that you would like to speak on the phone about this concern. Though we don’t currently provide phone support for these issues right now, I’ll be happy to work with you via email to fully resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

So Uber just told me they don’t provide any phone support for fraud. How is that possible?

Is it less expensive to have someone behind a computer sending emails than sitting in a call center taking calls? Wouldn’t it be quicker and more efficient to get this all done on the phone? I have spent an entire day fixing the issue with Uber. Meanwhile, I called Amazon the other day to fix an issue with an item I ordered and I spoke with a human being, had a quick chat about what went wrong and the issue was fixed within minutes. No hassle. No drama. No all day email exchange. Just a short phone call.

You would think a company (which actually creates human connection via ride sharing) valued at 72 billion dollars would value their customers enough to make themselves accessible to their riders, but I guess not. It’s time to do better Uber.

It’s time to recognize our unity and that human to human interaction is the best customer service.
